Need Help Choosing the Right Model?
How to Select a Feeder?Choose a feeder based on the material’s width, thickness, feed pitch, feed speed, and required precision to ensure optimal performance in your stamping process.
Feeder Delivery TimeStandard models usually ship within 7–10 days. Non-standard or customized feeders may require 15–25 days for production and delivery.
Feeder Installation RequirementsInstall the feeder under the stamping press worktable, keeping it perfectly aligned with the die. Ensure the material entry height is consistent to prevent twisting or deformation during feeding.
Compatible MaterialsFeeders are suitable for a wide range of metal coils, including cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper strips. Certain models can also handle plastic or paper strips.
How to Link the Feeder with the Stamping Press?Connect the feeder to the stamping press crank signal and set the feed angle to synchronize with the die operation, achieving accurate press-die coordination.
What Stamping Press Tonnage Can Feeders Support?Feeders can be matched to stamping presses from 3 to 2000 tons and can be customized according to press tonnage and die requirements.
