Configuration: Pallet Uncoiler + High-Speed Gripper Feeder + H-Frame High-Speed Punch Press
Materials: Thin sheet metal (0.1–1.5mm), narrow strips, copper, aluminum, stainless steel; suitable for electronic terminals, connectors, and springs
Advantages: Feeding speed up to 800–1200 strokes per minute; high synchronization; no slippage or material loss; maximizes high-speed punch press performance
Applications: Electronics hardware, precision terminals, connectors, springs, small metal parts, automated stamping line applications
Features: Compact footprint, fast operation, strong stability
Sample Stamped Products: Terminal pins, connector shells, battery tabs, metal springs
Configuration: Uncoiler + Roll Feeder + C-Frame High-Speed Punch Press
Materials: Medium-thin plates (0.2–2.0mm), steel strips, iron
Advantages: Cost-effective, simple design, easy maintenance; supports medium to high-speed stamping (300–600 strokes/min)
Applications: Small hardware, basic stamping parts, budget-friendly automation upgrades
Limitations: Slightly lower stability and precision compared to gripper feeders; not suitable for ultra-high-speed or precision parts

Configuration: Decoiler and Straightener (Two-in-One Unit) + NC Servo Feeder + High-Speed Punch Press
Materials: Wide sheets (300–800mm), medium-thick plates (1.5–6.0mm), long pitch, multi-stage feeding
Advantages: Integrated uncoiling and leveling for smooth plates; NC servo feeder supports multi-stage, customizable step feeding with ±0.01mm precision
Applications: Automotive parts, motor housings, electrical base plates, wide precision components, multi-operation stamping lines
Sample Stamped Products: Chassis panels, motor mounting plates, switch housings, wide electronic enclosures
Configuration: Double Head Decoiler + S-Loop Straightener + High-Speed Cam Feeder / Dual-Axis NC Servo Feeder + High-Speed Punch Press (In-Die Stacking)
Materials: Silicon steel sheets (0.2–0.5mm), EI laminations, motor stator & rotor cores
Advantages: S-loop straightening removes internal stress for ultra-flat sheets; cam or dual-axis servo feeder ensures stable high-speed feeding and accurate stacking
Applications: Motor cores, EV motors, industrial motors, compressor rotors (in-die stacking or riveting)
Features: Specialized for high flatness and stacking precision; minimal burrs
