Uncoiler Straightener Feeder NCSF3 (0.3-3.2mm)

The NCSF3 uncoiler straightener feeder (also known as a compact uncoiling feeding and straightening unit) uses a bottom-feeding technique to uncoil, level, and feed medium and thin plate coils with a thickness of 0.3mm to 3.2mm and a width of 70mm to 1000mm directly into a stamping press. The feeding pressing plate works in tandem with the pressing arm to flatten the material head so that it may enter the machine smoothly. This prevents the coil material from becoming loose in the coil feeding line.

Eleven Work Rolls

The coil straightening-feeder includes eleven 48 mm work rolls (six upper and five lower) combined to ensure precision flattening.
