The coil is securely mounted on the uncoiler, which rotates automatically to unwind the material and release the strip in a smooth, controlled manner. By maintaining stable tension and continuous feeding, the system helps ensure high production efficiency and consistent processing quality throughout the line.

The strip is first processed by the leveling machine to eliminate coil curvature, relieve internal stress, and achieve optimal flatness. It is then transferred to the servo feeder, which accurately advances the material to the programmed length and positions it with precision, ensuring stable performance and repeatable production accuracy.

Once the material reaches the press die area, the press executes the programmed stamping operations, such as punching, blanking, notching, forming, and trimming. Combined with a precision die system, the process ensures excellent repeatability, tight tolerances, and reliable part quality throughout production.
