The High Strength coil feeding line is designed for metal coil processing in automotive stamping line applications. It delivers stable and reliable performance in uncoiling, leveling, and feeding high-strength automotive steel. With our compact coil systems, you can process coil material width from 70mm to 2000mm, coil thickness from 0.8-9.0mm, and coil weight up to 20000kgs.
Equipped with CNC coil-loop control to synchronize decoiling speed with the Straighteners and Feeders head speed, ensuring smooth, stable operation.
During threading, the hydraulic entry device can be raised and lowered via touchscreen control. In combination with the support arm, this allows the strip head to be clamped and guided safely and effortlessly from the Decoilers into the Straighteners and Feeders head.
Straightening pressure is automatically varied according to the stress differences between the outer, middle, and inner coil layers.
The Straighteners and Feeders head incorporates 11 rolls (6 upper, 5 lower) to achieve precise straightening of high-tension strip material.
Provides clean cutting of irregular strip heads and tails, enabling fully automatic machine operation.

The compact feed line for high-strength material acts as a powerful steel straightening machine and reliable coil feeder for press systems.
