The Combination decoiler straightener feeder is a highly integrated coil feed line system. With safety operation and accuracy performance, it can handle a wide range of steel coils in the different metal stamping process. With our press feed lines you can process coil material width from 400mm to 1300mm, coil thickness from 0.5-4.5mm, coil weight up to 20000kgs.
The traditional A-frame has been replaced with a positioning arm. Equipping a positioning arm simplifies coil loading and alignment while preventing edge wear on the coil.
Multiple sets of rack-mounted photoelectric sensors are installed. These sensors control the Decoilers' speed, ensuring smooth uncoiling and perfect synchronization with the Straighteners and Feeders on the Coil Feed Line.
A hydraulic entry head guide module is provided for material introduction. In practice, the support arm guides the coil directly into the entry head, where the hydraulic head flattens the material and feeds it between the Straightening and Feeding rollers, completing the loading process.
A worm-gear electric lifting mechanism is installed. This motorized worm-gear drive offers rapid, stable, and reliable height adjustment, significantly reducing downtime and die-change setup time on the stamping press.
Modular PLC control for easy operation and maintenance. Controls for the coil rack hydraulic station, hydraulic cart, rack motor, rack spindle, rack (straightening) inverter, Straighteners, and stamping press Feeders are all integrated into the main PLC module. A 7" high-precision touchscreen provides simple digital control, making the three-in-one Feeders on the Turnkey Metal Stamping line highly intuitive and automated.
