Our NCSF8 series press feed lines can handle material strips up to 1800mm stock width and approximately 8mm thickness, with coil loading capacity up to 20 tons. This coil feeding line is commonly used in the shipbuilding, automotive, heavy machinery, and construction industries.

The decoilers section is equipped with a hydraulic clamping arm, a hydraulic support arm, and a pneumatic positioning arm.

Straighteners & Feeders

The straightening and feeding section features a hydraulic feeding-and-folding device. During threading, the upper feed roller can be manually opened and closed. In conjunction with the loading trolley, this allows the strip's leading edge to be clamped and guided from the decoilers to the straighteners smoothly, easily, and safely—without manual intervention.
