The motorized manual uncoiler is capable of uncoiling steel strips with widths ranging from 5mm to 1300mm, thicknesses varying from 0.1mm to 6mm, and a load capacity of up to 2 tons. It is typically suitable for coils with inner diameters between 450-520mm, and an outer diameter of up to 1200mm.
If the coil thickness for the decoiler machine exceeds 2 mm, a pneumatic hold-down arm can be optionally fitted; if discharge-speed adjustment is required, a frequency inverter can be optionally added; if uncoiling non-metallic materials, a photoelectric switch can be optionally installed. This makes it a highly versatile metal decoiler for various stamping lines.
