Three Decoiler Straightener Feeder Machines Shipped to Mexico for Automotive Stamping Production Line

On August 11, 2026, three heavy-duty Decoiler Straightener Feeder machines from Changzhou Jinzhide Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. completed export preparation and were transported from Jinzhide’s factory to Shanghai Port. The machines will be shipped to Mexico and installed at the customer’s factory for an automotive stamping production line.

Recently, typhoon weather brought continuous rainfall to the region, requiring additional coordination for equipment loading and transportation arrangements. To follow the customer’s delivery schedule, the Jinzhide team prepared the machine inspection, export packaging, rain protection, and logistics coordination in advance. After the weather conditions allowed, the team completed the loading process and arranged transportation to Shanghai Port.

The three Decoiler Straightener Feeder machines will be used for automotive parts stamping production in Mexico, working together with a 400-ton stamping press to manufacture components such as automotive brackets, body reinforcement parts, and chassis connection parts.

1. Equipment Inspection Before Export

The three machines shipped this time are heavy-duty Decoiler Straightener Feeder machines, designed for 0.6mm to 6.0mm metal coil processing. The equipment combines three processes into one production unit: decoiling, straightening, and servo feeding.

Before shipment, Jinzhide technicians completed equipment inspection according to the factory process. The inspection included decoiler operation, straightening roller movement, feeding operation, and control system testing.

For overseas equipment delivery, factory inspection before shipment helps prepare the machine for installation and commissioning at the customer’s site. By checking the operating condition in advance, the technical team can better support the later installation process.

The machines shipped to Mexico are equipped with a flip-open straightener structure. The straightening rollers can be opened through the touch screen control system, making daily cleaning and maintenance more convenient.

2. Export Packaging and Transportation Preparation During Typhoon Season

Before shipment, the Jinzhide team arranged the export packaging process according to the requirements of long-distance transportation.

The machines were first protected with wrapping film to reduce the impact of moisture and dust. After that, export wooden cases were prepared, and fixing measures were added inside the packaging to reduce movement during transportation. Additional rain protection materials were also applied before loading.

Since the equipment would be transported by sea from Shanghai Port to Mexico, the packaging process considered the conditions of long-distance logistics. The team checked each fixing point and protection detail before shipment to prepare the machines for transportation.

After the rainfall became lighter, workers completed lifting, positioning, and fixing operations. The three machines were then transported from Jinzhide’s factory to Shanghai Port.

From manufacturing completion to export shipment, production, technical, packaging, and logistics teams worked together to complete each step according to the customer’s project schedule.

3. Supporting Mexico Automotive Stamping Production Line

After arriving at the customer’s factory in Mexico, the Decoiler Straightener Feeder machines will be installed in an automotive stamping production line.

During production, coil material enters the machine through the decoiling section, passes through the straightening rollers, and is then fed into the 400-ton stamping press according to preset feeding parameters.

The equipment integrates decoiling, straightening, and feeding processes into one production unit, helping simplify the connection between different production stages. Compared with separate equipment arrangements, this integrated layout can make production line planning more convenient.

The flip-open straightener structure also provides practical advantages during daily operation. When operators need to inspect or clean the straightening rollers, the opening process can be completed through the touch screen control system, making maintenance work easier to carry out.

For automotive components such as brackets, reinforcement parts, and structural parts, stable coil feeding helps maintain consistent stamping production. 4. Overseas Installation and Service Support
