Different Stamping Press models, dies, and production layouts require different feeding heights. Therefore, matching the feeding height is an important part of equipment installation and commissioning.

During the Shanghai installation, Jinzhide technicians adjusted the feeding height according to the customer’s Stamping Press working table height, die inlet position, and feeding direction. The equipment is equipped with electric height adjustment, making it easier to adapt to different production conditions and reducing manual adjustment procedures.

The machine also supports one-time material threading. After passing through the Decoiler and Straightener sections, the coil material enters the feeding unit directly, reducing repeated threading operations and helping shorten equipment setup time.

Overnight Installation Service to Support Customer Production Plans

For industrial equipment delivery, installation time is often affected by factory production schedules and available machine shutdown periods. To reduce the customer’s waiting time, Jinzhide arranged an overnight installation service according to the actual situation at the customer’s factory.

During this Shanghai installation project, the service team used nighttime hours to complete equipment installation and commissioning, avoiding interference with the customer’s daytime production schedule as much as possible. From machine positioning and wiring connection to feeding parameter adjustment and Stamping Press linkage testing, each step was completed according to the customer’s site requirements.

After commissioning, Jinzhide technicians also provided operator training, including coil loading procedures, equipment operation steps, feeding parameter adjustment, and daily maintenance methods, helping the customer’s operators become familiar with the machine operation.
